DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

It is advised to make your reservation as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, especially for peak parties i.e. New Year's Eve, weekends leading to Christmas, Halloween etc.

 

I HAVE MADE A BOOKING BUT I'D LIKE TO MAKE CHANGES OR CANCEL?

All orders will be confirmed at the time of booking and alterations can be made at any time.  If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible to allow us to release our availability again. Please note that if the cancellation is made by the client, no deposits are refunded.

 

I WANT A PACKAGE FOR MY PARTY BUT PART OF THE PACKAGE ISN'T AVAILABLE?

As previously mentioned, it is advised to make your reservations as soon as possible.  All packages are also available as standalone products so parts of the package may not be available for your required date. We will strive to get your requested package subject to availability.
